Terms of Use

By using near.mom and its subdomains, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Informational only — not advice

Everything on near.mom is provided for informational and educational purposes. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any token or to use any protocol. Make your own decisions and do your own research.

Crypto and on-chain actions

Blockchain transactions are irreversible and carry risk. You are solely responsible for your wallet, your keys, and any transaction you approve. Our tools may help you view data or construct and sign transactions, but you execute them yourself in your own wallet, against the live network, at your own risk.

Third-party listings and data

Directory, airdrop and alpha listings — and any on-chain figures — are informational, may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date, and may be sourced from third parties. We do not endorse, vet or guarantee any listed project, token or opportunity. Many “airdrops” never pay out. Never share your seed phrase and never pay to “claim” anything.

Provided “as is”

near.mom is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including any financial loss.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, infringe others' rights, or disrupt the service. External links are provided for convenience and are governed by the third party's own terms.

No affiliation

near.mom is an independent, community-built project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to NEAR, the NEAR Foundation, Pagoda, near.org or near.com. “NEAR” is used only to describe the blockchain these tools work with.

Changes

We may update these terms as the project evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
